MIVULI STORYVERSE provides original family-friendly adventures and a separate marketplace for digital reading. You agree to use the service lawfully, respect other users and avoid uploading unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful material. The information and content are provided for general reading and learning, not professional medical, legal or financial advice.
Families, age and accounts
A parent or legal guardian should supervise children who explore Mivuli Adventures. Purchases and publishing submissions must be performed by someone legally authorized to enter into the transaction. You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and any private purchase access token stored in your browser.
Two different libraries
Mivuli Adventure / Mivuli Library contains official Mivuli episodes and experiences. STORYVERSE My Library contains eligible books purchased from the Global Store. These libraries are separate even though the same visitor may use both. A purchase in one area does not automatically unlock subscription-only or other paid content in the other.
Prices, checkout and payment verification
Product pages show the price before payment. A displayed USD catalogue price may be converted to a precisely disclosed NGN amount when Paystack checkout is configured for naira. The final amount and currency must be confirmed before redirecting to Paystack. A payment attempt does not grant a digital license until the payment processor confirms a successful transaction and our system verifies it. Unavailable titles cannot be bought.
Digital book license
A successfully paid digital-book order grants a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to read the purchased edition, subject to any additional license shown for that title. Unless a title states otherwise, do not resell, publicly redistribute, upload to sharing sites, copy substantial portions, remove attribution or circumvent access controls. Ownership of copyright is not transferred by buying a book.
Delivery and access
Eligible purchased books appear in STORYVERSE My Library, with private reading or download options as supported. Guest access depends on a private key retained by the checkout browser; signing in does not automatically transfer an earlier guest purchase between devices. We will provide a support recovery process before relying on guest delivery at scale. We work to keep legitimately purchased files accessible, subject to service availability, legal restrictions and reasonable security controls.
Authors and submissions
The Authors portal initially collects expressions of interest only; it is not a manuscript publishing agreement. Sending an application does not promise publication, payment or editorial acceptance, and it does not transfer ownership. Applicants must control the necessary rights to submitted descriptions and later book content. A separate agreement is required before any commercial publication of an author’s work.
Availability, corrections and external services
We may correct mistaken descriptions, prices or availability before a sale, remove infringing or unsafe content, and suspend access in response to unlawful behavior or security threats, subject to applicable consumer rights. Payment services and linked third-party websites have their own terms. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every reading device supports all formats.
Limits and your rights
To the extent legally permitted, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses caused by ordinary service interruptions, but nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including remedies for misleading descriptions, defective digital content or payment errors.
Governing law and contact
These terms are intended to operate under applicable Nigerian law, without overriding mandatory consumer laws in your location. The operator’s confirmed legal name, customer-support address and publication effective date will be displayed before paid Global Store launch.
