Before you pay
Review the title, edition, description, age guidance, format, price and final Paystack payment currency before placing an order. The Mivuli Global Store sells one-time digital books; any separate future video subscription will clearly state its own billing terms.
When we can refund
We will review and provide an appropriate remedy, including refund where required, for duplicate charges, a confirmed payment for a book that was not delivered, corrupt or unreadable content that cannot be repaired, or a book materially different from the description. Statutory consumer rights apply regardless of this policy. Where a lawful refund is due, we will not refuse it merely because the file was accessed.
Change-of-mind requests
Because ebooks can be delivered immediately, voluntary change-of-mind refunds are generally considered case by case once access has been supplied. Any mandatory cancellation or withdrawal rights under applicable law remain unaffected. If you ordered a title by mistake, contact support promptly and avoid downloading or sharing it while the case is reviewed.
How to request help
Within 14 days of noticing a delivery or billing issue, or later where the law permits or requires, provide the purchase reference, receipt email, book title, approximate payment date, and a brief description of the problem. Never send passwords, payment-card numbers or the secret guest access token. We may request limited additional evidence.
Review and payment reversal
We aim to acknowledge requests in a reasonable period, investigate the Paystack record and attempt a correction or secure re-delivery first where appropriate. Approved refunds are initiated through the available original payment channel where possible; bank or processor settlement times vary. If a chargeback is open, we may need to coordinate with the payment provider to avoid duplicate refunds.
Unexpected access problems
If you cleared your browser and lost the guest purchase key, contact support with your receipt information. Recovery requires an identity/ownership check and cannot be guaranteed automatically until the recovery feature is deployed. This is different from an unsuccessful payment.
Consumer protection
Nothing here limits any statutory remedy under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act or other applicable consumer-protection laws. We will not advertise a blanket no-refunds policy that overrides consumers’ legal rights.
