Ownership of Mivuli and STORYVERSE content
Original characters, design, text, illustrations, recordings and website materials may be protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Unless expressly licensed, all rights remain with their respective authors and rights holders. A STORYVERSE book purchase grants reading access only, not ownership of copyright or permission to redistribute the work.
Third-party photographs, artwork and biographies
Historical and biographical facts are not owned as such, but particular photographs, illustrations, recordings, logos, written passages and other expressive materials may have separate owners. The presence of material on the website does not by itself establish our permission to reuse it. Any third-party images used in biographies, including celebrity photographs, must be rights-cleared before commercial publication.
What readers may and may not do
You may read your legitimately obtained ebook according to its displayed license. You may not unlawfully distribute full PDFs, upload them to public file-sharing websites, create unauthorized commercial copies, remove rights notices or misrepresent the creator. Brief quotations for criticism, review, education or other lawful purposes may be permitted depending on applicable law.
Author ownership and submissions
Writers retain the copyright in original work they submit to the Authors interest form. No transfer or exclusive publishing license arises merely from an enquiry. Commercial publishing, editing, marketing and royalty terms must be documented in a separate agreement accepted by the rights holder.
Reporting suspected infringement
If you believe a specific file, cover or page infringes your rights, send the exact URL and title, details of the copyrighted work, your relationship to the rights holder, a clear explanation, your preferred contact information and a statement that the report is accurate. We will review sufficiently detailed notices and may temporarily restrict disputed content while investigating. Please do not send confidential identity documents unless securely requested.
Counter-notice and corrections
A publisher or affected user may submit an explanation or proof of permission for disputed material. We will assess both sides fairly, remove material when necessary, and respond as required by applicable law. Abusive or knowingly false reports may be rejected.
Permission requests
For translations, adaptations, classroom redistribution, commercial uses, licensing or bulk-copy rights, contact the approved rights/permissions email before use. Publication credits do not automatically grant commercial reproduction rights.
